Frequently asked questions
You just cannot create new short links until the quota resets: every day on the Free plan and on the 1st of each month on the Pro and Developer plans. The links you already created always keep redirecting, and no plan limits the clicks they receive.
It is the last part of the short link, chosen by you, for example "summer-sale", instead of the short code the system generates. It is included in the Pro and Developer plans and you can use it on every link in your quota.
There is no trial period: the Free plan plays that role and you can use it for as long as you like. If you pay yearly, you pay for 10 months and get 12: USD 50 on the Pro plan and USD 150 on the Developer plan.
Yes, from your dashboard. If you move up a plan, or go from monthly to yearly on the same plan, the change is immediate and you are charged the difference. If you move down a plan, or go from yearly to monthly, the change applies at your next renewal and you keep your plan until then.
Yes: cancel anytime; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, with no refunds. Until that date you can reactivate your subscription from your dashboard; after it your account moves to the Free plan.
